Thursday Nights Yoga and Dinner to Go!!

Joe is delivering to Aledo Yoga and Nia Center on Thursday afternoon for our students.  You can come to class and leave for home with dinner!!

He delivers to the Studio for free and has a variety of healthy dishes to choose from.
