Practicing T'ai Chi is one of the quickest and most
effective ways to increase your body energy, potential and awareness. Chi Kung
(pronounced Chee Goong) is a series of breathing / movement exercises to slow
and direct the breath and control the internal / external movement of your
personal energy. It helps to promote relaxation, stress reduction and
flexibility. It is used for centering the mind and heart, improving balance,
grounding, and the elimination of toxins in the glands and organs of the body.
My goal and purpose for sharing this time with you is to introduce you to this
ancient art of self-healing, to help you experience for yourself the inner peace
and vitality these movements can bring to our busy lives, and to help maintain
the Body, Mind, and Spirit connection for overall good health, improving one's
quality of life, enhancing the path to Conscious Living.
